Dr. Corey L. D. Cook is a passionate and dedicated advocate for family, community, and service. Raised on the South Side of Chicago by a strong, multigenerational family, Corey's early experiences shaped his commitment to hard work and faith. After attending Howard University and earning a degree in Radio/TV/Film, Corey pursued a career in entertainment, eventually moving to Los Angeles where he produced television, performed stand-up comedy, and joined the Screen Actors Guild.

Following the 2008 housing crisis and a life-changing back injury, Corey discovered his true calling in chiropractic care. Inspired by his healing journey, he enrolled in Texas Chiropractic College and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2017. He returned to L.A. to practice and, in 2021, opened LA Chiro.

Today, Dr. Cook serves as the West Coast Regional Director for the American Black Chiropractors Association, mentors youth, and continues to uplift his community through health, coaching, and leadership. He resides in Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles.
